Under blue winter skies delectable showcases Queensland’s finest produce, growers, chefs, gardeners, entertainers and musicians.

A star attraction of delectable, the FOOD Series, showcases local and national chefs across a wide program of events, from cooking demonstrations to talks on the latest food trends.

The GROW Series sees South Bank, Cultural Forecourt transformed into an urban garden, featuring large-scale crop displays converting Southbank into the Food Bowl of a Nation Boulevard. At night The Wheel of Brisbane and Queensland Performing Arts Centre will come alive through a spectacular lighting and projections display.

The SOUND Series features a custom-built stage at South Bank, hosting a multi-genre selection of performances to entertain and excite over nine days of musical talent. Headline acts Marina Prior, David Hobson and The Queensland Symphony Orchestra will close the event at the delectable Sounds @ Riverstage on Sunday 29 July.

delectable activates green outdoor spaces within Brisbane’s CBD including South Bank, City Botanic Gardens and Post Office Square.

July in Brisbane offers an exciting showcase of exciting art, musical and cultural events. Whilst enjoying delectable “FOOD”, “GROW”, “SOUNDS” be sure to appreciate Portrait of Spain: Masterpieces from the Prado, exhibiting at GoMA, book tickets for the musical talents of JERSEY BOYS playing at QPAC and uncover Mummy: Secrets of the Tomb at Queensland Museum.
